DOCUMENTS
The following documents are required for dog boarding. These forms must be completed before we take on any dog.
Documentation from your veterinarian of current vaccinations is required. (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella) Vaccinations should be administered at least 7 days prior to, and no more than 1 year, from first date your K9 board. Flea and tick prevention is also required. We do not accept self-given vaccines.
